The TMR magnetic anti-drift joysticks in every controller are covered for life — but only against stick drift. Buttons, triggers, shell, battery, and board are not covered under this warranty. Consoles have no sticks, so this layer is controller-only.

Everything else
Any issue with buttons, triggers, battery, board, shell, or connectivity — or a console with port, power, or overheating trouble — we replace it with the same model. Prepaid label both ways.

Different by tier
Den Restored controllers can be swapped out for $50 with a prepaid label. Den Restored consoles are swapped out for $50 — you ship it to us, we ship the replacement back free. Mamba Custom builds are repaired for $50 — you ship it to us, we ship it back free.

- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Physical damage — drops, liquids, impacts
- Cosmetic wear, scuffs, or scratches
- Opened or modified outside The Den
- Lost or stolen items
Not covered doesn’t mean dead. Anything on this list can still go through trade-in — drops, liquid damage, even a dead console — and turn into credit toward a controller or console.
