Any issue with buttons, triggers, battery, board, shell, or connectivity — we replace the controller with the same model. Prepaid label both ways.

Different by tier
Pro Restored controllers can be swapped out for $50 with a prepaid label. Mamba Custom builds are repaired for $50 — you ship it to us, we ship it back free.
