  • Most orders ship within 24 business hours.
  • Tracking number emailed the moment the label prints.
  • Continental US only for now. International expansion is on the roadmap — join the drop list to hear first.

Returning Your Trade-In

  • Your new controller arrives in a Swap Box with a prepaid return label inside.
  • You have 7 days from delivery to drop your old controllers in any USPS or UPS bin. No appointment, no printer needed.
  • Miss the 7-day window and your swap credit reverts to half-value — we'll bill the difference to the card on file. You'll get a heads-up email at day 5.

No Cash Refunds — Same-Model Swap-Outs Only

  • We don't offer cash refunds or buyer's-remorse returns. Every Mamba build is Den-tuned to order, and we keep prices honest by skipping the restock-fee shell game.
  • If your controller isn't working properly within the warranty window, we swap it out for the same model — free of charge, no questions asked.
  • Email support@swapmamba.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day and ship the replacement as soon as your unit hits The Den.
  • Custom Mamba builds get replaced with an equivalent build in the same colorway. If that exact colorway is sold out, we'll work with you on a comparable swap.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Package arrives damaged? Take a photo of the box and email support within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement same-day.
  • Lost in transit? We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement immediately — you don't wait on the carrier.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We can change the shipping address or cancel for a full refund up until the label prints — usually within a few hours of ordering.
  • After that, we'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes. Controllers move fast through The Den.
