Outbound Shipping

  • Free USPS Ground anywhere in the 50 US states + DC.
  • Most orders ship within 24 business hours.
  • Tracking number emailed the moment the label prints.

Returning Your Trade-In

  • Your new controller arrives in a Swap Box with a prepaid return label inside.
  • You have 7 days from delivery to drop your old controllers at any USPS or UPS location. No appointment, no printer needed.
  • Nothing postmarked by day 7? We send a reminder and a late-return fee may apply. By day 14 your account is locked out of future swap credit and the unpaid balance (full retail minus what you paid) is invoiced.

60-Day Swap-Out Guarantee

  • If your controller has any issue in the first 60 days, we swap it out for the same model — free of charge.
  • Contact support@swapmamba.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
  • As soon as your unit hits The Den, we ship the replacement.
  • Custom Mamba builds get replaced with an equivalent build in the same colorway. If that exact colorway is sold out, we'll work with you on a comparable swap.

After 60 Days

  • Pro Restored controllers: $50 swap-out fee. Contact us, we send a prepaid label, and ship your replacement once we receive the old unit.
  • Mamba Custom builds: $50 repair fee. You ship the controller to us; once it's in The Den, we fix it and send it back free of charge.
  • Lifetime TMR joystick coverage applies to stick drift only, for the original purchaser. Contact us, ship the controller in, and we return it free after the drift fix.
  • This does not cover physical damage, abuse, unauthorized mods, or normal cosmetic wear.

No Cash Refunds — Same-Model Swap-Outs Only

  • We don't offer cash refunds or buyer's-remorse returns. Every Mamba build is Den-tuned to order, and we keep prices honest by skipping the restock-fee shell game.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Package arrives damaged? Take a photo of the box and email support within 48 hours. We'll ship a replacement same-day.
  • Lost in transit? We file the carrier claim and ship a replacement immediately — you don't wait on the carrier.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We can change the shipping address or cancel for a full refund up until the label prints — usually within a few hours of ordering.
  • After that, we'll do our best, but can't guarantee changes. Controllers move fast through The Den.
