Straight Deal
No fine-print traps. What you read here is what we hold ourselves to.
TMR Lifetime
Magnetic sticks covered for life on every build. Rest of the rig: 60-day swap-out.
No Cash Refunds
We don't do buyer's-remorse returns. Broken? We swap it. Free both ways.
90-Day Credit
Swap credit is non-transferable, no cash value, expires 90 days after issue.

The Deal
- By buying from SwapMamba, trading in a controller, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
- We update these terms when we have to. Material changes get an email to active customers at least 30 days before they take effect.

Orders & Payment
- Prices, drops, and availability can change without notice. Listed price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment is processed by Shopify. Your order is confirmed when you get the confirmation email — not when the cart loads or the page redirects.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and refund you in full.
- Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We ship to the 50 US states + DC only.

Trade-In Program
- Swap credit is quoted based on the model and condition you declare in the trade-in form.
- Final credit is confirmed when we receive and inspect your controllers — usually within 48 hours of delivery to The Den.
- If your controllers don't match what you declared, we'll email you with a revised offer. Accept it, counter, or we ship them back to you free of charge.
- Controllers must be genuine Xbox or PlayStation units, complete, and not destroyed by impact, water, or fire. Full eligibility rules live on the FAQ page.
- Swap credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, can only be applied to a SwapMamba order, and expires 90 days after issue.

Warranty & Swap-Out
- We do not offer cash refunds or buyer's-remorse returns on any order.
- If your controller isn't working right inside its warranty window, we swap it out for the same model — free shipping both ways. Details on the Shipping & Swap-Out page.
- Lifetime guarantee covers the TMR magnetic anti-drift joysticks, standard on every controller we ship (Pro Restored and Mamba Custom alike).
- All other components — buttons, triggers, shell, battery, board, connectivity — are covered by the standard 60-day swap-out guarantee.
- Custom Mamba builds are replaced with an equivalent build in the same colorway. If sold out, we'll work with you on a comparable swap.

Acceptable Use
- Don't try to game the trade-in program with counterfeit, stolen, or knowingly misrepresented controllers.
- Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the site or its infrastructure.
- Don't resell SwapMamba products as new, or claim a relationship with us you don't have.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel accounts that abuse the program.

Intellectual Property
- SwapMamba, the mamba mark, The Den, and all related branding are our property. Don't use them without written permission.
- Product photography, copy, and site design are owned by SwapMamba. Personal social-media use is fine — commercial reuse is not.

Limitation of Liability
- SwapMamba is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order in question.
- Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law — including consumer-protection rights in your state.

Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA.
- Disputes are resolved in Multnomah County, Oregon, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
